Ingredients

2½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

14 oz condensed milk, (1 can) sweetened

Preparation

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with 2 pieces of parchment paper, allowing sides to drape over.

Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwavable bowl. Microwave at High for about 2 minutes, until melted and smooth, stopping for every 30 seconds to stir.

Pour mixture into prepared dish, and chill for at least 1½ hours. Carefully lift fudge out of the dish using sides of parchment paper as handles, and place on a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares.

Serve and enjoy.
