What I love about this snack is that is lighter than usual sweet snack mixes. It has less than 200 calories per serving (whoopie right) whilst still having enough fiber for the kiddos. Feel free to vary the amounts of the ingredients in it to your (or the kiddoes) taste. You can add other cereals that you like – but that might change the sugar levels. Best made fresh but store in an airtight container if making ahead of time.

To make this a popcorn snack mix, simply add in a cup or 2 of popcorn. This could be sweet, salty or caramel popcorn or whichever combination you like.
Reese’s Snack Mix
To make this a Reese’s snack mix, simply add in some mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cups and use peanut M&Ms instead.
5 Mins Sweet And Salty Snack Mix For Gifting
This fun snack mix will make the perfect edible gift. Simply whip them up on the day you will gift it, then transfer to a mason jar before adding a homemade with love gift tag. Pretty cellophane bags work too. And kiddoes love making up labels or decorating the jars or bags.
