Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls

2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices each

2 sticks butter, or margarine

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

12 oz Mountain Dew soda

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Separate crescent rolls into 16 triangles, place one apple slice in each triangle of dough and roll up from large end to small and place in a 9x13-inch greased pan.

Melt butter and mix with sugar and cinnamon.

Pour over dumplings.

Pour Mountain Dew over all dumpligns.

Bake 33 to 36 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 15 minutes.
