1 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp soda
2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 cup apples, chopped
3 cup flour
1 cup nuts
1 tsp salt
For Topping:
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
Beat eggs, sugar and oil together in a large bowl.
Add sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts and apples. Pour in a deep baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
For the topping. Bring butter, brown sugar and milk to boil in a small saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour on cake while warm.
