1 lb ham, sliced about 1 inch thick, fully cooked
21 oz apple pie filling
⅓ cup raisins, light
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine pie filling, raisins, orange juice, water, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Cut ham into 6 equal pieces, about 1 inch thick.
In crock pot alternatively layer ham with apple mixture ending with apple mixture.
Cover, cook on low heat setting for 4-5 hours.
Serve with rice, if desired.
