Ingredients

8 oz plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

8 oz Italian Blend cheese, shredded

⅛ tsp onion powder

¼ cup sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ cup mayonnaise

garlic powder , to taste

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients together except the Parmesan and place in a sprayed casserole dish.

Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, until hot and bubby.

Serve with crackers, tortillas, or corn chips.
