Ingredients
1 lb asparagus
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp almonds, sliced
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Steam the asparagus to the desired crispness.
Melt the butter in a small skillet.
Add the almonds and cook for 3 minutes (stirring frequently).
Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice.
Season.
