6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, can use 5 chicken breasts as well
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. bacon
Defrost or thaw chicken.
Cut chicken breasts into roughly 1-inch pieces, about 15 pieces per breast.
Mix brown sugar and chili powder together.
Cut bacon into thirds.
Wrap 1 piece of bacon around a piece of chicken and poke a toothpick through.
Roll in the brown sugar and chili mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
