Ingredients
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
2 ½ cups milk, scalded
¼ tsp cinnamon
16 oz whole cranberry sauce
½ tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a medium-sized bowl
Stir in 2 ½ cup of scalded milk.
Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place in the oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
Do not overbake!
To prepare, place sauce in a small saucepan.
Add cinnamon and heat mixture on medium low heat until warm.
To serve, place a portion of custard in a bowl and drizzle with warm cranberry sauce
