4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless; up to 6 pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup mustard, prepared

1 tsp. basil, dried

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. parsley, dried

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Place in the baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and brush to cover.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Turn chicken pieces over and brush with the remaining marinade.

Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
