Ingredients
1 lb sweet potato, rinsed and peeled
6 tsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Slice the sweet potatoes to ½-inch thick.
Arrange the slices in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Drizzle the oil onto the pan. Swirl it around the cookie sheet, lightly coating the slices.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Half-way through baking, sprinkle the wedges with taco seasoning.
Serve with a side of sour cream and enjoy this crisp and flavorful Baked Sweet Potato Fries!
