Ingredients
1 cup balsamic vinegar
¾ cup ketchup
⅓ cup muscovado sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until all ingredients are combined.
Reduce heat to a simmer and let the sauce reduce by ½ in volume, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.
Store in a glass container and keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 day before using on any meat of choice.
