½ lb. ground beef

1 tbsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp garlic powder

8 oz. macaroni, cooked

¾ cup salsa, of choice

1 cup sour cream

1 cup Mexican blend cheese, with extra to serve

1 can black beans

1 handful green onions, chopped

Jalapeno pepper, sliced, as desired

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat with seasonings. Drain the grease and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked macaroni, salsa, sour cream and the cooked beef.

Grease a baking pan and add in the pasta.

Sprinkle a layer of cheese, followed by a layer of black beans.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Top with green onions and jalapeno peppers. Serve with extra cheese on the side!
