Ingredients
1 pkg Jell-O Brand Strawberry Flavor, 4-serving size (Sugar-Free Gelatin)
¾ cup water, boil
1 cup ice cubes
1 ½ cups strawberries, sliced
¾ cup Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
Mix gelatin and boiling water in blender at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Add ice; stir until partially melted.
Add strawberries; blend well.
Blend in whipped topping.
Pour into dessert glasses.
Chill about 2 hours. Garnish.
