The Best Pineapple Salsa
This fruit salsa combines the best summer fruit: ripe plump tomatoes, juicy pineapple, and sweet mangos together into this awesome kissed by the sun salsa that you will want to make another 100,000 times. For the best results use fresh produce. Canned fruit or defrosted fruit does not yield the same result. But if you’re in a pinch, feel free to test it out with canned fruit and see. I actually make this fruit salsa for dinner all the time. I can happily eat the whole bowl by myself as part of my lunch, but I also serve it alongside treats such as Air Fried Mexican Corn On The Cob and Strawberry Jalapeño Margarita. You will find the full recipe in the recipe card further down below.

Salsa Tips
Choose the ripest juiciest mango and pineapple for the tastiest salsa.Ideally, you want the salsa to chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the flavors to blend together well. I am too impatient to wait that long so eat it straight away.Chop all the veggies the same size. But chop the onion much, much smaller. You can use lemon juice instead of lime juice if you prefer.
