Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
½ onion, chopped
2 fl oz cream cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dill pickle relish
2 eggs
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 cup cheese, shredded, divided
½ cup mayonaisse
3 tbsp dill pickle relish
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat. Season it evenly with the seasoning salt, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion and chopped garlic.
Begin to brown the meat by breaking it up and crumbling as you cook.
Once the meat is browned all the way through, drain the meat and return it to the skillet over medium heat.
Add the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and dill pickle relish to the skillet with the ground beef. Mix everything together until heated through.
Remove the ground beef mixture from the heat, and spread into a 9x13-inch greased baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Wisk together, and then pour evenly over the ground beef mixture.
Evenly top the casserole with the remaining cup of cheese.
Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Top with Big Mac Sauce prior to serving. See below for Big Mac sauce recipe instructions.
Add all of the Big Mac Sauce ingredients to a small bowl and mix together. Be sure to mix until everything is well combined.
