1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup butter
1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease some muffin cups.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine vegetable oil, sugar, egg and milk.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly before you fold in the blueberries.
Carefully, fill the muffin cups up to the top. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Muffins are done when you prick the top of them and the inside comes out dry.
