5 pcs bratwurst, uncooked

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Make sure the oven rack is in the center position. Cover baking sheet with tin foil. (A casserole dish or baking pan also works well.) Place the bratwurst on the baking sheet, allowing plenty of space in between.

Bake the bratwurst on one side for 10 minutes. Flip the brats and cook on the other side for 5 to 7 minutes (until browned).

If cooking the brats with other veggies in the pan, they’ll need 20 to 25 minutes. When cooked by themselves, the bratwurst cook in just 15 minutes.
