Ingredients
1½ lbs bay scallops
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Turn broiler on.
Rinse scallop and place in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter, and lemon juice.
Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until scallops start to turn golden. Remove from oven.
Serve with extra melted butter on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
