Ingredients

1 lb bacon rashers

16 oz Italian sausages, smoked, or Italian cocktail sausages at room temperature

1 cup brown sugar

cooking spray

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil, then grease with cooking spray.

Roll each portioned sausage with the bacon slices, then thread several pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers. Slice into thirds.

Place the skewers onto your lined baking sheet, inches apart from each other, and sprinkle liberally with brown sugar to cover.

Roast in the oven for roughly 30 minutes until the brown sugar has melted and bacon has turned crispy.

Serve immediately with roughly ¼ cup of any sauce on the side!
