Ingredients

1 ½ cup greek yogurt, flavored or plain

3 yogurt, peeled and cut up

3 cups fresh strawberries, stems removed and chopped (frozen is optional)

½ cup soymilk , almond or regular milk

2 tbsp honey , or other sweetener

1 cup ice

Preparation

Place the yogurt, bananas, strawberries, soymilk, honey, and ice in a blender.

Blend for 2 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.

Keep adding milk to thin the consistency if needed.

Pour into your favorite mug and have a sip of this delicious breakfast smoothie to brighten your morning!
