1 box Duncan Hines Classic Butter Golden Cake Mix
4 eggs
3 medium bananas, ripe, mashed; about 1 cup
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt or tube cake pan.
Combine all ingredients except the pecans in a large bowl.
Beat at low speed until moistened, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in pecans and pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 25 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Serve.
