1 ½ lb chicken, boneless, skinless
1 lb shrimp, cooked
3 tbsp cajun seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
10 oz cream of chicken soup
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 env herb and garlic soup mix
10 oz water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 can mushroom
8 oz parmesan cheese
Coat the chicken and shrimp in the Cajun seasoning.
In a large bowl, heat the cream cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Stir in the soups and mix well.
In a crockpot, add everything except the shrimp. Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low.
Add the cheese 1 hour before serving. 10 minutes before serving, add the shrimp.
