4 cup cauliflower florets, steamed and lightly salted
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat butter in a pan and cook the garlic over medium heat for a minute. Whisk in the flour and a bit of salt, then add the heavy cream; stir until well-blended and set aside.
Toss the cauliflower florets into an oiled baking dish and dust with the Parmesan cheese. Pour the garlic-cream mixture over the cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
Let cool then serve topped with some freshly ground black pepper.
