Ingredients

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp garlic powder

1½ Tbsp flour

12 oz evaporated milk

pinch salt

⅙ tsp cayenne pepper

2 cups cheddar cheese, divided, shredded

1 cup cauliflower

1 pkg cherry tomatoes

1 box penne pasta, cooked

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Over medium heat combine butter, garlic, and flour. Cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in milk, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook until boiling.

Remove from heat. Add half of the cheese. Stir until melted.

Add pasta and vegetables. Toss.

Spread into casserole dish. Cover with foil.

Bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
