Ingredients
20 graham crackers, finely crushed
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, (1 package) at room temperature
8 oz whipped topping, (1 container) such as Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
12 oz cherry pie filling, (1 can) for topping
Preparation
Mix graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and butter together in a bowl; press into a 9x9-inch pan.
Whisk cream cheese, whipped topping, and confectioners’ sugar together in a bowl until smooth; spread over graham cracker crust.
Pour cherry pie filling over cream cheese mixture layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
