How to make S’mores Granola Bars

Homemade granola bars are easy to make and taste great.

Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, cereal, flax meal, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter, honey, banana, and vanilla. Stir to combine. Fold in the graham cookie pieces, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Using a spatula or small piece of parchment paper, firmly press the mixture into the pan. Bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until bars are puffed and set in the center and lightly golden brown.Remove from the oven to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely (about 1 hour) before slicing into 9 bars.
