Ingredients
2tspinstant coffee granules
1cupwater,hot
2cupsvanilla ice cream
Preparation
Place the instant coffee into a cup followed by hot water. Stir well, and allow to cool for 40 minutes.
Place the ice cream in the blender followed by the cooled coffee and blend on High for 20 seconds.
Serve in a glass and drink immediately. Enjoy!
