Ingredients

6 oz boneless skinless chicken breast

flour

1½ Tbsp oil

2 oz ham, sliced

1½ oz Swiss cheese, sliced

1 Kaiser bun

lettuce

Preparation

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet.

Dredge the chicken in the flour.

Add to the skillet and cook until tender and lightly browned.

Place on a cookie sheet.

Top with the ham and cheese.

Place under the broiler until the cheese has melted.

Place on the bun and garnish with the lettuce.
