Ingredients

1 cup honey

1 cup spicy brown prepared mustard

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

½ tsp. garlic , granulated

4 lb. boneless chicken breast

Preparation

Combine honey and mustard; mix well.

Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.

Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake off excess.

Deep-fry in 375 degrees oil about 1-1/2 minutes or until completely cooked and golden brown.

Serve chicken fingers with sauce on the side
