2 chicken breasts

1 lb sausage

1 large onion, chopped

1 large green bell pepper

3 stalks celery, chopped

1 can tomatoes, diced

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp Cajun spice mix

1 tsp dried oregano

1 lb shrimp

1 ¾ cups rice

Place all ingredients (except the shrimp and rice) in a crockpot.

Cook on low for 5 hours.

Add shrimp and rice. Raise heat to high.

Cook for 30 more minutes and serve.
