Ingredients

2 tbsp. butter

1/2 large onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

2/3 cup millet

10 1/2 oz. beef broth

2 cup chicken, cooked, chopped

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in a skillet and saute the onion and garlic over medium heat.

Add millet and brown lightly.

Stir in beef broth and chicken, then pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.

Cover dish and bake for about 45 minutes, or until millet is tender.
