Ingredients

1pizza dough,gluten free

2cupschicken,cooked shredded

1packettaco seasoning,gluten free

15ozbeans,ranch style, canned

lettuce

black olives

large tomato,diced

1cupmexican cheese,shredded

2cupsfritos

catalina salad dressing

Preparation

Begin by combing the chicken with the taco seasoning as instructed on the seasoning package. Then, set aside.

Using the prepared pizza dough, roll it out and shape it for a pizza crust. This can be placed on a greased cast iron skillet, cast iron grill pan, or foil.

Next place the pizza on the grill, keeping it on medium heat.

Let this grill for about 5 minutes on one side; watch it closely as the grill time may vary depending on the heat and the grill.

Carefully remove the pizza from the grill and flip it over, remember it will be very hot. At this point the uncooked side will be facing down and the cooked side would be facing up.

Work quickly to spread the chicken evenly over the cooked side of the pizza then top it with the ranch style beans.

Let the pizza grill for about 5 minutes until the bottom is cooked well; however, continue to watch it closely.

Once the pizza is done, carefully remove it from the grill and top it with lettuce, black olives, tomato, and cheese.

Finish the pizza off right before serving by adding Fritos and Catalina Dressing. Enjoy!
