Ingredients

1 tbsp vegetable oil

4 chicken breast, halves, skinless, boneless

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp ground black pepper

1 cup milk

Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat and add chicken. Saute for about 5 minutes each side until browned, then add milk.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, uncovered. Remove chicken and use juices in skillet as a sauce.
