1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into strips and patted dry

3 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar

1/2 tbsp lime juice

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt, to taste

1 tsp pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, marinate the chicken strips in all of the other ingredients.

In a separate shallow dish, soak the wooden skewers in water.

Allow the chicken to marinate and the skewers to sit for at least two hours.

After marinating, thread the chicken onto the wooden skewers and grill it through. Discard the leftover marinade, but in case you want to have some for dipping, simply prepare another batch.

Once your chicken is done grilling, serve it and enjoy!
