Ingredients
3 lb chicken breast, cubed
4 oz almonds, slivered
½ cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
10 ¾ oz cream of mushroom soup
1 ¼ cup chicken broth
6 oz. chow mein noodles, divided
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients with three-quarters of the chow mein noodles in a large bowl
Pour into a 9x13 inch greased baking dish.
Top with remaining noodles.
Bake 45-60 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked and juices have evaporated.
