3 tbsp milk
8 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped
¼ cup milk or dark chocolate chips
½ banana, sliced
2 cups prepared pancake batter mix of your choice
Prepare a batch of fresh pancakes of choice. You can make a batter straight from the box. But we suggest making some homemade pancakes as they are fresher and more delicious. It takes only 10-20 minutes so you can make them in no time.
Pour ½ cup of the batter into greased hot skillet, making 4 pancakes
Combine the milk, peanut butter, icing sugar, chopped peanuts, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Make sure to stir it well until the batter has a thick and brown consistency.
Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto your pancakes and top it with sliced bananas. Using another pancake, assemble like a sandwich, fold it up. For presentation, sprinkle some icing sugar using a strainer, and top it off with some remaining chopped peanuts & a drizzle of maple syrup
Aside from using this filling for pancakes, you can also use them with crepes. Drizzle some more chocolate or maple syrup for a sweeter treat.
