Chocolate And Vanilla Layered Mug Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix

1 vanilla cake mix

2 egg whites

2 tbsp Oil

2 tbsp water

1 can cherry filling

2 tbsp powdered sugar

Spray coffee mugs with cooking spray.

In 2 separate bowls, combine each cake mix with egg white, 1 tbsp oil, and 1 tbsp water.

Once combined, pour a layer of chocolate batter into each mug.

Then spoon 1-2 tbsp. cherry filling on top of the chocolate, and layer with vanilla batter.

Repeat the layering process until each mug is 80% full.

Place each mug in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.

Dust each mug cake with powdered sugar and serve!
