Ingredients
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
⅓ cup chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp butter
⅓ cup whole milk ricotta
12 packets Equal Sweetener
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Preparation
Melt the first 3 ingredients in a bowl in the microwave.
Stir well to combine.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir again and drop by the tbsp. on waxed paper.
You should have 12 drops.
Chill until firm at least 1 hour and keep in the refrigerator.
