Ingredients
8 oz tomatoes with juice, diced
1 box Zatarans Jambalaya Mix
½ smoked sausage, cut into slices
½ lb shrimp, deveined and peeled, raw shrimp
2 cup water
Preparation
Bring tomatoes to a boil add in Jambalaya Mix, and water continue to boil over med heat for 15 minutes, then add shrimp and sausage.
Stir cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until rice is tender and fluffy.
No extra seasoning necessary.
