2 lbs ground beef cooked and seasoned with onions and garlic
30 oz can tomatoes or tomato sauce , (I use tomatoes)
5 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp chili powder
1/2 oz bitter chocolate
2 tbsp vinegar
1 bay leaf
5 cloves
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
kidney beans, optional
Throw everything in the crockpot and cook well. That’s all.
