Ingredients

2 bread, slices, preferably thick

2 eggs

1 cup skim milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp sugar

Preparation

Put the eggs, milk, vanilla, ground cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl and whisk everything until frothy.

Dip one slice of bread into mixture, lift out of mixture, and place onto hot pan.

Cook for approx 2 minutes, then turn over with spatula.

Cook other side for approx 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Once browned on both sides, remove from pan & place onto plate.
