Ingredients

2 tbsp Hershey’s Syrup , or Hershey’s Chocolate Malt Syrup

2 tsp powdered instant coffee

¾ cup boiling water

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

dash ground cinnamon, for dusting

Preparation

In large coffee mug, combine syrup and instant coffee.

Add water, stirring until well blended.

Add ice cubes.

Top with ice cream; stir to blend.

Sprinkle with dash of cinnamon.

Serve immediately.
