4 tbsp. plain flour
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Hershey’s baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. chocolate chips, optional
1 splash vanilla, small splash
Add dry ingredients to a regular coffee mug and mix well with a fork.
Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil, continuing to mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla. Mix again.
Put the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. If the cake rises over the top of the mug, it’s okay.
Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate if desired. Serve warm.
