Ingredients
5 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 red bell pepper, sliced, roasted
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced, roasted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp basil, chopped
10 basil leaves
1 tsp garlic, chopped
salt
ground pepper
Preparation
Lay the sliced mozzarella down the center of a platter.
Place the tomato wedges on one side of the platter and alternating red and yellow roasted pepper slices on the other side.
Mix together olive oil, garlic and oregano in a small bowl and drizzle over the entire platter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped basil and fresh basil leaves.
