1 cup all-purpose flour
3 pcs eggs, beaten
2½ cups breadcrumbs
1 lb cheddar cheese curds, or mozzarella
vegetable oil , for frying
Set up your station by putting flour, eggs, and bread crumbs each in a separate mixing bowl.
Place the cheese first on the flour, then the eggs, and then in the breadcrumbs bowl. You may repeat the steps again when needed.
Heat oil and deep fry for roughly 1 minute or until golden brown.
Strain in a paper towel.
Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
