Ingredients

1 head cabbage

2 tbsp. onion, minced

1/4 cup carrot, shredded

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup buttermilk

2 tbsp. lemon Juice

1 1/4 tbsp. white vinegar

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Chop cabbage small enough to put into your food processor and process until coarse.

Combine the cabbage, carrots and onion into a bowl and mix together.

Combine all of the dressing ingredients into a large bowl and whisk.

Pour the dressing into the bowl with the slaw ingredients and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
