Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup bacon, finely chopped
1 cup water
8 oz green beans, 1 can
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
In a pan, add olive oil, yellow onions, red bell pepper and bacon, and briefly sauté over medium heat.
Add water and continue to cook.
Add green beans, and stir to mix well.
Add salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Continue to stir and cook.
Sprinkle some bacon bits, and serve!
