4 lb. chicken drumsticks
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 ½ cup sweet barbecue sauce
Salt
Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken and preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Pat the chicken dry thoroughly and coat it with the sauce, saving some to baste.
Line the chicken on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Brush more barbecue sauce on top during the cooking process.
