Ingredients
4 tbsp. soy sauce
½ tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. chili vinegar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
salt , to taste
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
4 tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
5 celery stalks, sliced thickly
2 tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
Combine soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl.
Add ½ tbsp. vinegar, cornstarch and a pinch of salt.
Add the chicken.
Mix well to cover the chicken with marinade. Let sit for 15 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a hot wok
Saute onion and celery for two minutes.
Add the chicken in the wok with the marinade mixture.
Stir in the remaining ingredients: chili vinegar and black pepper.
Add salt to taste.
Serve hot with the sauce formed in the wok, over rice or noodles
